FAQ
The questions families ask first.
When will Kin launch in the Philippines?+
Kin Philippines is coming soon. We don't have a firm public date yet, but everyone on this waitlist will be the first to hear when enrolment opens.
Which provinces first?+
Likely Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao initially. Full coverage map confirmed at launch.
Do I need a local bank card in my family's country?+
No. You pay in your local currency (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD) with any major card. Swift handles FX so your family receives local-currency care.
Can I cover multiple family members on one account?+
Yes. Add as many as you'd like — each gets their own digital ID card. Pricing is per person, billed monthly or annually to you.
When will I be charged?+
Not yet. The waitlist is free. We'll email you when enrolment opens for your country, and you can decide then.
What if my family member never needs to use it?+
Peace of mind has a flat cost, like any insurance. You can pause or cancel any time before a renewal cycle.
